Where do I get my license key?
After paying, open the Polar customer portal from your receipt email. Keys start with CS-. Paste it in the extension popup and press Activate.
How many browsers can use one license?
Three at the same time. Activating a fourth deactivates the one used least recently.
How do I cancel?
In the Polar customer portal. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of each payment, no questions asked. Email support@carouselscout.com.
